Vance Press operates on a Golden Open Access model. To maintain this, authors are required to pay Article Processing Charges (APCs) upon the acceptance of their articles for publication. APCs are non-refundable once an article has been published, except in cases where content is removed due to a breach of our policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vance Press and its editors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, services, or published content.
